Refund Policy

All requests for cancellation must be made in writing two weeks prior to the start of camp. All monies paid with the exception of a $195 deposit will be refunded in the form of a credit that can be used toward Eastern Field Hockey Camp during another session or any United Sports Program. No refunds of any kind will be granted if cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to the start of camp, regardless of the nature of the cancellation. No exceptions.
